Thanks Marina. We have a new agent, from the same office. She seems very good. Great on follow up.

Cookie, sometimes a new person can work magic. Let's hope it's so this time.

Morning all.
Judy, I think you must have sent the rain towards us. It pelted down last night and many parts of Ballarat were flooded. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
We are looking forward to this week as we have no big events scheduled.

Good morning everyone.  Rain still falling steadily, love it as you do Chookie but I saw on the news this morning that parts of Melbourne were flooded last night.  Rain is always good for some, bad for others.

Good morning everyone.  We had some good rain during the night but nowhere near as much as Melbourne.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I enjoyed the rain we had last week. We have quite a bit more forecast for later this week. It seems to brighten everything up and make it look fresh again.

Astarra your youngest will probably be a little lonely when the older girls go back this week. I'm sure she will enjoy some 1 on 1 time with you though.

A perfect day for such activities Chookie.  I was up early but couldn't do anything outside because of the rain.
