Hi Thermilover, it's lovely to hear from you. I can imagine that you are extremely busy.

Poor Miss 6 Astarra. I'm sure she needs her Mum.

CC is the rhubarb forced an English thing?  I thought it may have been for places that have very cold weather.

It's an overcast day here, with storms forecast for later. Hopefully autumn has arrived and the hot weather has gone. The mornings are quite beautiful.

Morning all.
I know about the Rhubarb forcers. Not used in Australia as we are generally not as cold as England. Love the idea.
Thermilover, hang in there. Thinking of you and your two little ones. Spend a little more time in the garden , if you can manage it.
Astarra, hope your miss 6 is one the mend. Gastro is bad at the moment in Victorian schools.
Still very humid here.
Have ordered a big skip and will start chucking stuff out on Friday. We have given a lot away to friends, neighbors and family. They are very pleased, us more so.

Morning all
thanks re Miss 6 - apparently there was 2 separate children vomit in her class last week too, so the gastro must be in our school too :(
She seems to be feeling a bit better today thankfully :)

Good morning everyone, I can't hear myself think at the moment with a guy cleaning my roof!

Lovely to hear from you thermilover, life is so busy with babies and toddlers but they grow so quickly you will soon find more time for other things.

Glad to hear Miss 6 is feeling better astarra, I hope it doesn't go right through the house.

Enjoy your day everyone, I can't wait to get out of here and leave him to it!

Thanks everyone for your kind words :)
Yes Chookie, trying and spending time doing things I love so that it doesnt seem that hard after all and I keep thinking about how people have worse lives, so that I can be more thankful of what I have...

Rain for the past sooooo many weeks, I really want to see some beautiful autumn days ahead, hope it clears soon...

LOL Chookie.  I've pretty well gotten rid of my DH's bits and pieces, I wouldn't tell him that of course but he's none the wiser.

Morning all.
CC, just read about the car attacked in London. Terrible. Some mad people around.
Showers all day yesterday. Was lovely. Cooler today and not as humid.
