I am amazed at the number of hairdressers that their are in Ballarat.  Much cheaper than Melbourne.
Marina, bet it looks and feels great.

Beautiful roses Chookie.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

We have finally made it up to Guildford this afternoon - 4 months since I was last here, 8 months for DH.  The first thing that we noticed when we got out of the car was the smell of the honeysuckle everywhere - just gorgeous  :) :)

How wonderful was that Marina, does the yard look neglected after all that time.

In some places the yard is pretty over-grown - particularly with cleavers, which we have been trying to get rid of for several years (we will spend most of the weekend pulling them out), but then in others our wonderful neighbour's partner weeded the garden in front of our front door - I have NEVER seen it so tidy!  What a beautiful lady she is.  DH will also go around with the whipper snipper and tidy up around the place.  We have a small hen run which never gets used as we can't have chooks here until we move up permanently - it is so overgrown I don't know if he will be able to get into it!  Never mind, everything will be burnt off by December, it's just so good to be up here I'm not worried too much about the garden.

Marina, how lovely for you.  Just to smell the fresh air.  We are all having trouble with the cleavers this year. At least it Is easy to pull out.
Our Bee man came and serviced the hive.  All well although not a good year for honey.  However the Bees have been busy doing housework.
Yesterday I went to the special factory that we have discovered to buy some potatoes.  They told me they are getting  special delivery from NSW today.  We are going back today.  They always look after us so I am making a Bimby Chocolate cake for them.
Exam run again today .  All going well.

K ATIE, looks like both girls have Maths today.
Potato boys loved their Choc cake. It’s nice to bring some pleasure to some people with just a small gesture.
Bit shell shocked, one of our work colleagues died yesterday.
Bough some curry leaves yesterday.  Will freeze them.

It is nice Chookie, they love it and it gives you satisfaction giving it.

It’s never nice to hear of the death of someone you know.
