Well, in my previous life I must have been in the medical profession! Just back from two visits to the doctor, hospital, pharmacy since my DD has pneumonia. For the last two days my DH has been unwell as well. So 4 patients including my parents! I had the pleasure (NOT) of cooking three different meals for the 4 patients. I am just filling my body with garlic, echinacea etc to ensure I am well.

Good news deedub,
Hang in there Courton, you do tend to get runs of ill health. Your poor DD with pneumonia, that really drags you down. Big hug for you x
Astarra ,I am not going to look ....just yet!

Only worked half a day today so took the opportunity to get a lot of things for dd's 18th party. spent a lot of money but feel it's all under control and i can stop researching. I've ordered jars, lollies and chafing dishes online so they will all come next week and we bought all the alcohol and cake supplies, and also spoke with a butcher about the meat so just need to order that a few days in advance. dd couldn't not do a mock run with what we have so far. I've gone to feeling a little overwhelmed to being back in control now.

This is the lolly buffett with the supplies we have so far, still a way to go but everything is ordered so not much else to do except set up on the day.
