Yes do tell us Bedlam, we never hear of anyone who has gone to Kalgoorlie for a weekend.  What did you get up to, any photos?

I've been ironing, with little peeks at the forum on the ipad between. Then I had to rescue the washing that I had put on the line as it started to pour. I hate having to move washing.

Walking Chance early this morning I saw the hotair balloon making its way across the sky.The people in the basket must off set off at the crack of dawn.

Yes they do CC -  that's another reason I wouldn't want to go on a balloon ride, too early for me  ;)

But worth it Judy. I did a balloon flight over the Tablelands out of Cairns many moons ago. It was cold, but watching the sun rise and the birds etc was amazing. Not as quiet as I had anticipated though - the gas thingy to make the balloon rise made a heck of a racket!
The champagne breakky was good too - although I was glared at by my tee-totalling Grandma who frowns upon any frivolity including booze - especially for breakfast. I had 2 glasses - she was paying and I was drinking her share!
