Poor DS. I hope it turns out well.  I would imagine he wouldn't like to miss cricket.

The pool looks lovely Suzanne. Enjoy it.

Smashed iPad screen this morning. It just jumped face down on to concrete. Got it fixed within 2 hours. Bought the best protector now and will never have a broken screen again, I can even go swimming with it. I wanted to drop it from 4ft to test it as that's what it's guaranteed for  but don't really want to try my luck today. then bought a really good one for my iPhone. In wa we don't have this much choice for covers. Had to wait a while to cook dinner tonight cos I didn't know how to turn on oven and had to wait for DS to come home. We ate at 9:30pm. I said the French don't eat til 11pm normally so we are running early  :-)) what do I know!!  Gay Mardi gras tomorrow night and hoping this rain stops.

That was a lucky fix CP. Enjoy the Mardi Gra. Never missed it when I lived in Sydney.

Today we are attending a wedding in the sunken gardens at uwa at 3.30 so i imagine it will be 38c about then. Phew. Bring on autumn.
Enjoy the mardi gras CP, i dont think i would test out the cover. I dont think you would have been able to fix it in two hours here in sleepy Perth.

Wow I miss one day and lots happen.
Enjoy your time in Sydney CP. 2hrs is quick. Great service.
Love your little bit of paradise Suzanne. Hope DS can enjoy too. Fingers crossed his wrist will be ok.
Rest up Mab. Good friends understand.
Quite day here. Had a late night out at school trivia night. Haven't stayed up past midnight for a very long time. Now I remember why! Was worth it, our table won. Not bad for 6 mums ☺️
