The oil brings the parquet flooring up a treat DJ.  I used to work for a place that laid parquetry flooring as a sideline.

I don't think I've noticed you making bread before Robyn, which is your favourite go to recipe?

Thanks everyone. The floor is the original 1940's one from when house adapted and extended, but had to be patched with new pieces made by a local chippy when we put new wood stove in and moved hearth. So that meant sanding it all and starting over with wax oil. I think we know where the extra 1.5 sq m are in the floor but don't think anyone else will, anyway this is a private room.

DJ I love parquetry flooring.  It always look special. I hope you had a special time out for a drive DJ. It is lovely to do things like that occasionally.
Hally and Suzanne you need the pool at the moment.
Not a lot done here today.

I knew I missed something. CC I hope you all had a lovely evening.
