Nikkit, I hope they catch the scum bags, lock them up, and throw away the keys. :)

how frustrating.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Not a nice story to read Nikkit, poor Mum - it must be so hard for her.  Thank goodness you are there for her and hopefully they will catch these people very quickly.

Thanks Ladies, sorry I was venting, just had a "woe is me" moment.  :-))
Have sucked it up and gotten on with it.

I love your thoughts obbie, but murderers only get a few months these days, so dirty rotten thieves would only get 5 minutes if WE were lucky.

Would like Mum's things back, but not holding our breath.

Society is all a bit pathetic really - me included, there were almost 300 people in that plane shot down over Russia/Ukraine, so really what have I got to moan about?

Onwards and upwards ladies, it is the weekend, I have just made a double batch of "bestest bread rolls" dough, and am heading back down to Mum's soon to spend the night. (and cook the bread!)

Have a great Sunday  :D

Nikkit my heart goes out to your Mum. The poor darling, all her memories. I have some documents that are from when Dad started the farm so I can imagine how you feel.
Give your Mum an extra big hug. The world seems to be full of scumbags.  ???

You have a great attitude Nikkit - love how to deal with issues, vent and move on.  Enjoy your night with Mum.

Nikkit, how disappointing , low life scum.  Especially as you say a planned job.  I am glad, at least no one was hurt. It's often in our papers how when disturbed, these people become violent.
Take care all of you.

Shocking news Nikkit and apart from all the treasured things that have been stolen, for me I would hate the invasion to my home, the place that I consider safe.  Hope she can get over it ok.

It's going to be a long day today. I was up at 4.45am ( the earliest for me for a long time) and we went to a car swap meet. We were selling raffle tickets in the Teardrop to help raise money to run our National Meet car rally. It was a fun busy morning. Now I am home counting the money ready for the bank.

I hope you sold lots of tickets Cookie.

I've just come in from my football match and popping in to see Geoff then Mum. Freezing out there today at the ground and I'm exhausted after watching my team win by only 3 points.

That's good news Judy. It is very tiring when it is a close game. One does tend to get very excited. At least this one does.  ;)

Oh Nikkit that's awful... And Gert, how awful, too.
Terrible stories.
Terrible people.
