Goodbyes are very hard and sad Cookie but even harder when you don't get the opportunity. Take care it has been a difficult month or so for you.
Mich, happy holidays and anniversary. I'm sure you looking beautiful.
SS, I also would like some of your energy. Candles look great.

Day trip to Sydney to stop up at Costco. Then back home to a sick 9yo so a quick trip to the after hours Dr. Husband actually used (read turn on and press the buttons LOL) my TM5. He told me he was now licensed to drive it.

I did a 15km fun run from the city to the beach this morning in horrible Melbourne weather. was very glad to finish and breakfast and get home to a hot shower. Then had to pack and travel to Perth for a quick work visit. I'm already in bed looking at the forum before hopefully sleeping very soundly.

You are one very fit lady Wonder, enjoy your quick trip to Perth - it's a long way to go and not delight in some of the things Perth has to offer.

I've just sent an hour in the garden tidying up and removing all the winter flowering plants/bulbs, bin is full again but everything is tidy once more. I much prefer my colourful winter garden to my dry, sparse looking summer one. Now to vacuum and wash floors.

Just catching up on the forum while I wait for the RAA for the second time today😥. DH left the light on in the back of his car over the weekend and flattened his battery. Of course, his car was parked behind mine, so we had to push it into the street. He took my car and I waited for the RAA. They got me started and I drove around for almost an hour to recharge it. I stopped to look at a friends new house and it started again, then went for a coffee and it won't start.
It's not been the best week as I've been quite ill with the lurgy, missed the Katy Perry concert and sports day but luckily was able to make DD's dance concert on sat. Just coughing and spluttering a bit now!
Rant over😃
