So stylish Cookie.  What a privilege to be driven by a handsome chauffeur in a beautiful old car.

What a lovely way to arrive at the church.  A nice car and a rather handsome chauffeur :)

Thanks all. As we said at Hobart, "he's a keeper. ". Both the car and DH.

Robyn, what happened to the HD?

We decorated the house for Christmas today. It took us about 8 hours.  :P It is about 2 weeks too early but we are away next weekend and maybe the weekend after. Then on the 22nd we are off to Newman in the North West to spend Christmas with DD.

Ok thanks. I thought your DH did the restorations. Sorry. They will look very nice. Are you having colours that were standard at the time?

Omg den......8 hours. Must look amazing.
The boys helped me put up the tree in record time this year. They are fast workers. DS7 can finally reach the top but DS6 is still too short but way too heavy to lift up to put the star on.

Morning All!
Again trying to keep up with everyone and everything, but proving a tad hard! Looks like everyone is just as busy with one thing or another.
I have my MIL here at the moment and that has been good. She is here for another week, then home to the east.

The spotty horse and I did another campdraft over the weekend and all was good til we ran out of brakes. He got a little excited about the whole chasing the cow thing and lost the plot a bit. I thought I was gonna have sand in my knickers there for a while, but managed to keep it together and stay in the saddle. I'm feeling a bit battered and have found some nice bruises today - am I too old for this!?

The dogs found an echidna in the paddock thismorning and dug their way to China around it, so we had to move him along. Hubby managed to pick it up and has taken him down the road to the bush.

Cookie - your hubby looks rather dapper with his car.  :D Keep him!

Obbie - post some pics of your car - sounds really good.

I haven't even thought of Christmas yet - Miss 13 informed me last night it is "25 days away Mum". Oh joy...

Take care all, have a great week.xx

Hi Nik, life hasn't changed much for you  ;)  I can't see you giving up campdrafting or anything related to horses just yet, you'll know when you've had enough.

8 hours is a long time Den, the house must look amazing.
