I heard a while ago that we raised $4100. Not bad for less than 50 people.

Look after yourself Culdith; health is so important but enjoy your trip as well. Great fish Cookie. I have just been to the Craft how in Perth and came home happy and exhausted and penniless.

Sure was a fun day Cookie; I love my sewing and craft and we have lost so many shops here in the West so it is really nice to see all the lovely things in one place and go a little crazy. Just wish we had some more good dressmaking shops. I am not an internet shopper like all you other clever girls; I think DH might be in trouble if I was (well the bank account I mean).

Groupie, Glad you enjoyed the Quilt & Craft Fair. I decided not to go this year, too many projects not finished, or better still, not started. Don't need anymore for now.
Have you done the fabric/ quilt stores south of the river?  3 or 4 that spring to mind.

I haven't been to any of the stores South of River Katj so will have to find out from you where they are (at the cooking day next week perhaps). I have been working on a quilt for GS all today; it is an applique one with trucks, and other construction vehicles and is a lot of work but great fun. The quilts at the craft show were absolutely beautiful and way above my standard but very inspiring.

I really admire the sewing and craft projects you do   Troupie and Katj.    A day at a craft Fair is inspirational, ( and expensive ). I used to spin the fleece from our black sheep and knit but haven't done this for a long time.

Hope you get to the pain sorted Cuilidh and get to enjoy the trip.
Sounds like a great time Cookie.

I am enjoying 3 days off after working 6. Going to the dentist and having my hair done today.
