Looks good Denise, does it only heat the water as you use it ?
Yep Judy it heats the water as you use it.
A lovely photo of your Mum and DD1.

MMmMM. It does look a brilliant idea. DH is forever boiling the kettle and going away. It would probably be cheaper in the long run for us.
Did you need to make many adaptions to put it in?  Electricity and plumbing wise.
DH put in an extra electrical plug but all plumbing work and installation was done by the company,It does need regular maintenance, some DH can do but the major service needs to be done by the supplier. It didn't take much time to install either.

He really liked my car, I'm taking it to his mechanic tomorrow to check over before he decides. Funny thing is that it turns out he knows my mum and stepfather, and his daughter is friends with my stepsister. He's looking for a car for his daughter. I also have someone else wanting to look at it on Thursday depending on the outcome. It's been for sale for almost three months, but every time I give her a drive I remember what a wonderful car it is, and think people are mad not to jump on it, but being a manual, she's not in demand. It will happen.

Denise I have seen those in use in some schools instead of them having an urn. They work really well.

Got back from Perth today after a week of madness running around for DD's wedding. The day went wonderfully but I am glad that it is finally finished. Just some unpacking and figuring out what to do with all of the furniture and other accoutrements we acquired for the ceremony and reception.

I had to replace the kitchen tap when I got home it blew a gasket while we were away, luckily our neighbor was here feeding animals at the time so there was no damage.

Good luck with the car sale Sarah, I guess most people are looking for an automatic these days but hopefully one of these people will buy it.  It's a small world, it's amazing who knows who!

Good to hear DD's wedding went off well Den.  One down, one to go?

Weddings can be exhausting DD. And you don't even get to go on the honeymoon for a rest.

Good luck with the car Sarah. I only ever drive a manual. However when I bought this car in April the salesman was very surprised that I wanted a manual.

DD, glad all went well for the wedding. Always a bit of a strain.
Sarah, good news about the car. Young people don't mind changing gears, I think? When I was young ;D, I had a sports car and had to double de clutch when I changed gears. I thought I was very clever.

This morning I went for my 6 monthly check. No nasties to be removed, just umpteen liquid nitrogen burn offs.

Good news again cookie.

I've been shopping today and bought quite a few Christmas and birthday presents. Off to our neighbour's coffee catch up now.

Good news Cookie.
We have had the roof plumber here today to clean all the leaves and twigs off the roof. We were one of his first clients when he started out and such a nice young man. He and his mate enjoyed Chocolate chip cookies and the Macadamia and Cheese biscuits, as well as Rals Coffee for morning tea.

There must be tradesmen lining up at your door to work for you Chookie. You do spoil them. Always good to keep the workers happy.  :)
