A personal shopping assistant Chookie, how special was that.  Denise and Robyn, we were amazed at the energy he still has.

Denise, what a lovely thing to do and I imagine it was good fun wrapping and chatting to your customers. Did you have any tricky shapes to wrap?

Morpeth Christmas party today, they put on a lovely meal, Father Christmas comes and gives all of us a present, each resident is allowed one relative so I'm going as Mum's guest and Geoff's sister Robyn can go for the first time as Geoff's guest.

I'm sure you will have fun at the Christmas lunch Judy. Lovely book Mich.
Sarah how ghastly about the cruise. Don't feel guilty about your feedback, someone has to tell them. Good news re the job.
Chookie that snow picture looks fantastic.

Forgot to mention Hugh Jackman. Gosh that man is so talented. He was able to do a great dance routine as he sang. He said he lost at least a kilo at every performance. The show was so very professional. Something that isn't around as much anymore. Even DD admitted that is was more professional than Robbie Williams concert.
Hugh J's range of notes is extraordinary. I didn't like some of the songs he sang but was able to appreciate his singing them. He finished with Peter Allen's I Still Call Australia Home. Absolutely wonderful.

What a great Christmas party Morpeth put on, we thoroughly enjoyed it and the concert afterwards.

Lovely photos Judy 8)
We only had one awkward present to wrap Judy ,a huge Minion called Kevin LOL A Dad had bought it for his little girl.He had been chasing it for weeks hoping the local toy shops would have in stock and he was lucky that he tracked it down that day.

I've had a fairly quiet day, just shopping for odds and ends that I won't want to get next week.
Posted box to DS in Melbourne with gifts  including well packed Gingerbread men and Shortbread. 3y.o GS very excited this year.
I love to read about everyone's day. Such a diverse lot of things going on for everyone.

Judy what lovely photos. They will be to treasure.

How lovely that the Dad found the Minion for his DD. I did some food shopping this morning with DH. It wasn't too bad.  ;D

Sounds like you had a wonderful time at the concert Cookie.
What a great way to volunteer CC, that would be real fun.
You all look very festive Judy.
I'm just home from work, it was a good shift and I'm really enjoying the change to recovery but sorta miss the ward work.

Judy thanks for the photos.  Looks like everyone is enjoying themselves. Try and keep out of the heat today.
Must look up what a Minion is.

Do you know I still have trouble finding the reply button!
What a lovely thing to do CC, it would help you get in the Christmas spirit ( not that you would need it).
Hugh sounded wonderful Cookie.  Bet you needed a nana nap the next day ( speaking from my own experience here)
Morpeth party looked terrific and so did you Judy, must take after your mum. She looks amazing. Nice to see Geoff looking so happy, love his hat.

Thank you Denise. I bought that hat in Melbourne after the Hobartfest.  It's hardly been off his head since and he was never a hat person.  Just one of the personality changes that has happened since he had to go into care.
