Judy, DH is a very independent person and hates to ask for any help. DD eventually phoned a friend who lives close by and he came over just before we had the problem solved.
DH spent today putting great big stops on the end of the car trailer.

We had the Classic car show yesterday. We had 40 Model A cars there among the 1000 or so that were there. It was a long day as we were up just before dawn to get both cars over there and didn't get the last car home until just after 5. We spent the day chatting though.

A long day cookie but right up your alley.  Glad DH has solved the problem with the trailer for next time.

Me too Judy. Although I think next time I will direct him using a 2 way radio from 100 metres away!

Here are all the Model A’s all behind one another.

These little cuties are Messerschmitt cars.

Great photos Cookie. I can remember having a ride in a Messerschmidt car when I was very young.

Cookie, thanks for the photos.  Ral and I both love them.
We are off to Melbourne today.  Eye and skin check ups. Hair cut also.

A quiet day today , windy rain and now getting cold . DD started to sort out some draws of clothes , DH and DS went to the workshop to make room for a new drill press ! I managed to pick some figs and a few beans also some Sorell . Read my book too . After a few days in Melbourne needed some rest . Glad the rain has come hope it helps dampen the peat fires south . Wind always sounds worse at night ! Ready for a cup of tea and a good night of reading .

Katie, a very full day.  Yes Melbourne can be exhausting.
We are in Melbourne at the moment.  Going out for breakfast.  I have taken photos of things I would like to make when I get home. SD crackers and mini ice creams in the cones, frozen.

A very nice day was had , on duty in the kitchen at local Good Friday fish and chip lunch ! Feed nearly 300 serves ! We all bring a salad or dessert . DD did face painting all day , DS had the how many jelly beans in the jar Competition  , so he spent the day collecting guesses , then packed up all the chairs at the end of the day on to the trailer .

Nice that the family all contributed to the day Katie.  That’s a lot of mouths to feed.

Well done Katie. That is a lot to cater for.
All quiet here. Might make some bread rolls today.
