Don't you just hate that word  ' degenerative' ?  Sorry to hear about your back Margaret.
Judy you are indeed a star.
We had a lovely camp at Wyalkatchem last night. We love to see the crops and small country towns. Lots of interesting things too. We were camped next door to a couple from Queensland and they had been in an accident up near Broome. Someone took a corner too fast and side swiped their Toyota 4 wheel drive. Fortunately they weren't towing the van. They are just waiting to hear if the car is to be written off or not.

Here we are camped at Beringbooding Rock and a photo at Elachbutting rock.  It has a small wave like Wave Rock at Hyden.

Cookie, what an idyllic setting.  Love the van and your red ute.
Lots of jobs to do around town.

We are picking it up tomorrow afternoon Robyn. It needs some restoration on it. There is some rust etc on it and the engine may need restoration too. It has an HR front end on it so that will have to be changed, it also has wide wheels on it and twin exhausts. We will be putting it on concessional license so it must be original. DH seems to be looking forward to doing it, even though he said he didn't want to do another restoration. It has been in a garage for the last 18 years and the engine was last started 6 years ago. The man that is selling it had planned to do it up himself as it was his first car, however he and his wife have had a surprise little girl, sho is very cute.

Cookie,  very exciting. Remember when my Dad was into restoration.
Trying a couple of new recipes. Dan Lepard Egg Plant one , in Age Good Food,  and the Beetroot and Walnut Cake we had at the Market.

Well what a day yesterday was ! Wind , heavy rain ,hail ,sunshine , rainbows all day reapeated again and again . 3 Grand Final Hockey wins !! DS won both Under16  Mens and Div 4 mixed two trophies 🏆 🏆.
DD won Div 2 woman’s one trophy  🏆.
I am in awe of them , school won 4 Divisions and our kids were in 3 of them .
We had a warm shower then back for Hockey dinner. The poor Div 5  children who are very young , our school does not have a team in that Division , played in this horrible weather all cried even the winners ,some left not even waiting for thier awards , who could blame them .
Best day ever cannot believe that 3 trophies came home .

Congratulations K Atie. How sad that the weather was so lousy, unfortunately we cant do much about that.

Robyn, doesn't your DH do the restoration work on your cars?

Superb photos Cookie. I love looking at your Australian countryside. Looking forward to seeing the restoration project Mr Cookie has undertaken.

Sorry to hear you have a very bad back Margaret.

Well done KAtie on your DS and DD’s wins.

K Atie,  congrats to your DS and DD.  That is truely a remarkable effort. The weather was unbelievable.  We had snow showers on and off ,  all day.
