I've been into London today to see DD and GS.Had a lovely visit ;D GS changes everytine time I see him and is a super little chap.We walked around the Limehouse Basin with him and watched the boats.Walking back to DD's flat we came across a juggler practising in the park with his clubs,he was very good ;)  :)

I went for a 12km tempo run this morning. I got up when to alarm went off, went to the loo and decided i was going back to bed. However when I went back into our room DW had rolled onto my side of the bed and I didn't want to disturb her.

Now I am at work wishing I was somewhere else. It is a lovely day outside, it feels wrong being stuck in an office.  Days like today I wish i was back working as a tradie. On day when it is either really hot or really cold and miserable  I am glad that I have an inside job.
