That sounds lovely KAtie. I have been neglecting my exercise and my back and legs are letting me know it.

I did the supermarket shopping this morning. Then went to Harvey Norman to get a new kettle as the old one decided to die at breakfast time, I had to boil water in the saucepan for our cuppa.

w went and picked out some flowers for MIL today. We wanted sunflowers as they are the floral symbol of Ukraine. The florist that we use was only too happy to do them for us.

My Mum loved sunflowers cookie, I had no idea they were the Ukraine’s floral symbol.  A very fitting floral tribute for her.

Girls’ trips away are great fun K Atie, enjoy!

Sunflowers are lovely, they always look so happy and cheerful.

A friends DH has had 4 days in hospital with salmonella and she was feeling a bit low so called in for a cuppa and chat.

Just finished cleaning out the hen house and run.  Miss Broody seems to have recovered from her broodyness, thank goodness.

What did you use for the mites, Chookie?

Picked another several kilos of nashi pears, still more on the tree for next week.

Also just discovered I left my computer's mouse at home and am having great difficulty using the appropriate keys and the other square thingy at the bottom of the keyboard that normal people use to navigate around their computer ... I have only ever used the mouse so am feeling very challenged just now!
