I did a 2 hour workout this morning, went to work and thought about how to write my resignation letter, brainstormed some other places I could apply for a job, did the grocery shopping, and now I'm about to start on dinner ;D

Today I looked after my nephews (8 & 6) for the day. Took them to a museum & then down to Semaphore beach for fish & chips.

They were well behaved all day, but boy  kids tire you out!

I don't think you are telling us anything we don't know Katie  ;D  I hope you enjoyed it as much as the boys did - it was great that the sun was shining for you although it was still very cold today.

Drove to Perth this morning and picked up DD fro the airport. Then picked up my sister and brother-in-law from the international terminal. They are here from New York to spend a couple of weeks.

We've had a few drinks and a few good laughs already. Should be a good 2 weeks.

Well I did manage to get out of my pjs today and took the girls shopping.
We are going to Melbourne and new Zealand next week and my girls do not own any warm winter gear.
Miss 9 is a board shorts and singlet type of gal and miss 11 wears 3/4 leggings and tshirts :-))
So off to the shops we went......
Both now have jeans and jeggings.  Windcheaters and long sleeve tops......no dresses in site.
Don't get me started on shoes....

I survived only just!

Rara x

Ps DD enjoy your family time

2 year old party at a play centre.  It was great until a group of bigger kids arrived, I think a holiday programme.  They were out of control, no supervision.  Wont be going during holiday time again, my ears were ringing from all the noise.

Enjoy your family time DD.

So far I have cleaned my kitchen. Put some lemon concentrate in dishwasher and did a quick wash. Dishwasher gleaming like new. Cleaned out pantry and wiped all the shelves with concentrate too. Then gave the bench tops a good clean. Used lemon concentrate on SS kettle, dishwasher door and toaster too. They look like new.

Having a break before I clean out the dining room cupboards.

My list of jobs to do is getting shorter :)

I will take DS to the local footy this afternoon.

Today we went to a kitchen shop where there was a huge sale on and we saved nearly $200 on brand new, good quality saucepans :D That was excellent!

Then we went to Harvey Norman so I could get my foot spa, and they'd SOLD OUT >:(
