That's just gut wrenching, Frozzie. Words just fail thinking about those who cause these kinds of accidents .. You just wonder how they live with it all ....

Three loads of washing done and out, chicken cut up and put in marinade, carcass now in the slow cooker making me some lovely stock.
All this and I'm still in my nightie!!

Had to get our self another temporary car as our car is going in for surgery soon. Not sure how long before we get it back :(.
Anyway here is a pic of before and after of the little cheap car we brought. Think DS might be even interested in using it for driving around once I have finished with it.

It's amazing what some cut and polish and elbow grease can do :)

Mandi you are an amazing woman - most women would leave that job to their husbands.  What a difference your hard work made to that car.

It gave the old car a new life.
I'm too impatient to wait for DH to do it Judy. :)

Took me nearly all day to detail the car inside and out. Smells pretty good now. :). Feels strange driving an older car though. I even have to wind the windows down manually :o. Lol.
Reminds me of my first cars before kids :)

I know. They look so different. I thought the car would come up well with a good polish, but didn't think it would come up that well. :)
