Did some washing first then went grocery shopping.  Had a friend call in for a cuppa and chat.  Some cooking after lunch.

Flu needle this morning, listening to DH grump at Optus as the card for our satellite dish isn't working and we will need it at Monkey Mia.

Thanks for the kind comments. I tried to make neutral colours. Of course I think of you all!

Next time need thinner wool. Obviously hard to match wool from USA. Think Aran weight or even DK next time. This is 2 chunky, 1 Aran. It may be more like a floor blanket as it is a bit stiff, but am not pulling down again!

Thinking of making big afghan with several of these joined.
Four to six colours, using variations of 3 at a time.

you are very talented dj one day I will learn to knit and crochet it's on my bucket list

house work today my house is sparkling changed all the beds too so I can't wait for bed time;D;D

booked 3 nights away during the holidays with friends kids can't wait.  ds7 wants to do some rock pooling,  hopefully the weather stays nice for us

Sorry to hear that you're not 100% DJ - hope you can fight it off.   

I used to crotchet a long time ago and thought it much better fun than knitting as it grew much more quickly.  Maybe I should take it up again.
