Goldfish you can have my rat any day of the week  ;D as long as you come get it and I don't have to see it or help you get it!
I love everything else about the country - but I do not love rats. Never have, never will.

My Knight in Shining Armour came home tonight and gave me a huge hug - whilst trying really hard not to laugh at me. He said I was never to send him a text message again about rats. He was on his stilts painting and nearly fell over laughing so hard, the other guys who work for us thought he had lost the plot until he could get it together enough to tell them what had happened.

I have had a very tame day compared to Nikkit. I went shopping this morning and visiting this afternoon.

I have been out early thismorning - it is still dark and no rats to be seen, but then I guess with a torch with the light of 1/2 a candle (I think it needs a new battery!) I could barely see the ground let alone a rat. I did find 2 hungry horses, but they're always hungry, so that doesn't count. And I must admit I haven't been near the chook yard.  ;D

cookie - I'd have enjoyed a nice day out shopping - better than fending off sabre toothed rats.

And Kimmy - yes you can come down off the table, not too sure what good it would have done up there for you - he would have joined you - he was pretty big!

Have a good day ladies, I'm off on the spotty horse today playing with cows.  :D

So funny Nikkit but I also feel for you I fear rodents too!!

You could get a greyhound to get rid of your rats ....but then you wont have any chooks left either !!!!

Let us know how it goes.

Been out to  DS's property collecting a trailer load of wood.  The new house has a wood heater unfortunately, but we will change this at a later date.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
