Took DH to the dentist today to have three teeth removed and they decided to take a fourth one as well so he is feeling a bit down at the moment.   :(

I don't blame poor DH for being a bit down! I hate going to the dentist :-X

I'm at home having lunch after an awesome workout this morning. I have a new personal trainer and he is AMAZING, the most motivational, encouraging and friendly guy :D Can't wait to go back tomorrow!
