I've never had a massage, as I don't think I'd like it.

Sounds like a good day JD.
I had a boring day at work, it's very quiet at the moment and there is hardly anything to do.  It's a struggle to try and stay awake.

Swam 2500 metres this morning. Then spent the day presenting a workshop followed by a half hour treadmill run before attending a Masters swimming club meeting.

Nothing productive.

Made some choc chip biscuits and they turned out as big as saucers and all ran into each other and they are burnt.

Split sugar everywhere - not to worry I have my new squillion dollar dyson handy vac to clean up with - It started up and stopped dead after about 3 minutes. Can't get it to go. A trip back to the Good Guys today.

Thought curried egg sandwiches would be nice for lunch boiled the eggs and mistook mustard powder for curry powder - mustard egg sandwichs?

Put on a load of washing - another case of mistaken identity -Sprayed exit mould instead of sards on DH's navy work shorts. He now has navy shorts with a big white patch on them - he can use them as garden and painting shorts I suppose.

All that and it's only 10am.  :-\

Stop whilst you are ahead Michele - something terrible may happen if you continue.   ;D

Are you sure the Dyson hasn't got a flat battery - obvious I know but sometimes we overlook the obvious.  Someone may have turned off the power point whilst it was supposed to be charging.

MF, you are a super woman looking after so many grand-children.  Your children are very lucky to have you.

Good luck with that M.F.

Yvette, it did work well for the short time it went.
Don't think it is the charge as it would have wound down to a stop and the light is still on?
I will get DH to check it before I take it back with the morning I've been having anything is possible.

Michelle your day can only get better.  :)

I went for my first post op bike ride this morning.  :)  Only rode 25km but it was better than nothing.  I just have to position my hands carefully on the handlebars so that I don't rest right on the wound site.  Oh yea and avoid jumping over curbs, the jarring through the wrist isn't too good.  :(

Amy did the massage help your calf muscles?
