Not sure where to put this. I went to a tmx Asian cooking class night. They made six dishes in under 3hrs and the flavours were awesome. Picked up lots of tips & hints (if only the recipe book was as helpful) can't wait to try out some of the recipes.

Glad to hear you enjoyed it Kimmyh.  The post is OK here or you could have put it in News about Thermomix towards the bottom of the home page.

Sounds like a great night Kimmy :D I am waiting to hear of TM cooking classes in my area, but I don't think they are very common :P

I did some shopping this morning, swam 120 laps (3km) at the pool this afternoon, and have just got home from work :)

That is a good swim  in a small pool Amy. Your body must be appreciating swimming rather than running.

Thanks Gert :) You're right, swimming is a lot gentler on the old joints. And you can't fall off a swimming pool like you can off a treadmill ;D

Well I had to chase an unwelcome visitor out of the house with a broom (gently of course).  Scared the life out of me ! I saw something moving out the corner of my eye (I was talking to my mum on the phone), looked up and there was a massive blue tongued lizard looking at me .................. see photo:

Oh wow Debbie! I bet that was a bit more excitement than you hoped for today ;D

I just got home from another 3km swim.... I really think they should put water-proof TV's in the floor of the pool so I have something different to look at :-))
