Thanks Katiej. I need to get faster on the swim. It lets me down every time. This guy beat me out of the pool by at least a minute over a 500 metre swim.

Been out again today and trying to make bread in between.

Dough rose all day in bowl in fridge, now rising all night in tins, hope to get 3 loaves tmro before we go out to lunch with a lovely cousin.

I've just got back from the Farmers Markets and guess who had a stall - Thermomix.  Haven't seen them there before although I don't go every week.

I'm off to do a bushwalk shortly.  Fingers crosssed the rain holds off.
