I'm just sitting here's listing some silverware , remembering as a kid we would sit around the big wooden kitchen table my DD had made usually the odd Sunday polishing DM's sliver . Sadly there wasn't any when she passed, I bet she threw it out when us kids moved out.

Today I've gone to check on the space for my stall at the Albany Boat Shed Markets. Pretty good spot.
Had to wash my floor and kitchen cupboards this morning after the Hens Party last night.
Big day yesterday where we visited two wineries and ended up at Chimes in Denmark for lunch.
In answer to earlier comments about waiting on men. They did do the dishes at night. But, more importantly, they do all the hard yards working on the bowling greens they mow, roll, groom and then do it all over again almost every day during the bowling season. We just turn up with our bowls. So, all's fair in love and bowls!
I do get tired of having to take a plate everywhere I go and DH just getting dressed and going.
I'm not there to make a salad for the bowls tea tonight and I know DH won't take anything, the other ladies will take up the slack.
I'd love it if we had a ladies night where the guys did absolutely everything. Dream on....

A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Been so busy the last few days - my cousin, his wife and their 2yr old daughter are over from NZ.
They are staying with BIL7SIL (he is SILs brother - she is my 1st cousin & my SIL!)
Been going out with them during the days, we have them coming in for tea tonight...

Those family connections confuse me Astarra
Enjoy dinner with them tonight
I've just had breakfast and am going for a walk with a friend around the boardwalk soon

You need a ceiling fan in your bedroom Hally. I love them. No need for the aircon at night.
This morning has been washing and cleaning bathrooms.

I played a game of netball, first one for the year. Then squeezed in a trip to target without children. Can't believe how quiet it is to shop ALONE!!
