Hope the back is better DD.

Went to the tip this morning with a boot full of stuff. It wasn't the usual enjoyable tip experience. It was pouring rain, sank down to my ankles in mud and had to salvage a couple of old rags I was about to chuck to put on the floor of the car. It didn't even have that disgusting tip smell.
It is does feel good to hurl stuff onto the pile at the tip.
DH was up when I got home and is "helping" with the sorting, it has slowed down so thought I would take a break and come on here for a while.

Mmmmm brain not functioning, waiting home for Miele man to replace part in the pyroletic cleaning part of oven.

Mmm guess what just taken a quiche crust out of the oven. Now have oven door open with a tray of ice in oven

Working from home today, work's pretty crazy at the moment so not a lot of time for the forum. Trouble with going away for long weekends is that you have lots to catch up on when you get back!

Miele man is here. I gave him some of my beef stock last time, might give him some chicken chausser today. He lives on his own.

I've been just roaming doing odd jobs this morning. It's warm here again.  . DH went to a funeral for a car club member and a couple of the guys came back home with him, so have been chatting to them.

Tidying up the house for my cleaner coming. Had family over for dinner last night including 6GK's and went to bed leaving some unwashed dishes etc. Taking dogs to the groomers soon then meeting friends for coffee. A short week but happy it's the weekend again

Hope the back is better DD.

My back is feeling better tanks Michelle and I haven't been to the physio yet.  I went for a swim on Wednesday afternoon and a bike ride on Thursday morning, did some stretching and trigger point release with a tennis ball and it seem to have helped.

I am still going to the Physio this afternoon. I want to get this injury sorted and behind during the off season before I start training again. If nothing else she can stick a needle in the trigger point in my calf that I can't seem to release.
