On my way home - yeah. I'm very tired after the late night meetings and can't wait to go to be tonight. Amazing how different it is staying up that late to work rather than party  ;D

Enjoy your trip Karen.

It's 28 years since I was in Amsterdam with a girl friend so things are probably a bit different now.  We walked around the canals, did the museums, took a stroll through the red light district much to the horror of the young chap who was picking us up the next day. Also took a trip to Delft which was nice.  Do mind out for the bicycles, I nearly got run down by them  :D ;D

A sleep in your own bed and a home cooked meal should fix it.

Went to a local garden expo this morning.  Only bought one daisy bush and two tomato plants.

There was even a thermomix stand there.  The ladies on the stand were not my local consultant but came from further up the valley.  Nice to see them there tho.

I had a lovely coffee out this morning with a visiting forum member!! Hi Marina - so lovely to have met you.
It was a very welcome respite after the last 2 weeks of school holidays and the current chicken pox lockdown.  What a treat to get out and talk food and work and life in general, rather than all kid-related converstaion -ah, adult company!  ;)
