Looks like you ladies had a lovely lunch together  8)

Sorry for my whinging <- there...still waiting for the insurance assessor to look at it  :-)) thankfully the dealership we bought tractor from has loaned hubby a mower to get him out of the poop for now...fingers crossed.

Swimming sports, cricket til 8.30pm, then drinks with the girls last night....tonight neighbourhood BBQ & cricket club Xmas breakup. Have an extra boy over tonight so I'll let them decide which we go to...either way I better start making some food soon.

DD has her schools presentations night Monday.  As she is a middle years captain, she has to present the awards for the night....their rehearsal is from 10-3.00pm,  then the night runs for 3 hours....she's none too pleased...silver lining is she doesn't want us to come & just pick her up when it's over....can't say Im going to argue with her on that one  :P they certainly know how to drag things out more than the Logie awards!

Maddy, we had the school concert 2 weeks ago, soon as our kids finished, we dashed home... ;D ;D

Today i have 2 cakes in the oven.
Just made brownies in a jar, from Dear son. his xmas pressie to me.

extra kids here for the weekend, as usual.

its going to be 39 degrees here today so definitely not going to watch ds12's cricket thank goodness dh is coach,  so today we aren't doing much just swimming and keeping cool before we go to the in laws for dinner :D
we have the boys concert on Tuesday during school so it's much better than at night:D

Our school doesn't hand out next year's class list until the last day, and "all decisions are final & no correspondence will be entered into". I'm fine with that, but then my kids are very easygoing and thankfully no bullying issues. They are asked to nominate 4 friends they'd like to have in their class each year and the school tries to ensure they're with at least one from that list.
Had a lovely day yesterday, had our work end of year event which was a bus trip to the yarra valley for wine tasting, lunch, then a trip to a HUGE chocolatier and ice creamery. A few people were caught napping on the way home...
Taking it easy today, just pottering around - then tonight will take the girls to see the Xmas lights on the boulevard - god help me!
