There's a chia pudding recipe in Quirky Jo's book. I haven't tried a bought one to compare taste.

to drink maybe gert or a recipe it seems to be very popular on a few fb pages lately.
home with miss Lily today she isn't very well up all night with croupe the poor love so snuggled up on the couch watching movies

Gert I use it in my green smoothies some days but not a huge fan of just drinking it straight. I've seen people at Costco buying cases of it.

Me too Gert!

I have 2 cans in the back of my pantry and look at them a lot wondering "hmmm, what did I buy that for..."

On the side of my tins it says "1 can = 1 banana"  ??? Makes me giggle every time I look at them as I'm still a bit confused as to how coconut = banana!
