Is it as bad as you've had it whilst in Monkey Mia Cookie?

I thought of you yesterday Cookie, I even felt unnerved by the winds.  I felt worried about our troops at work and hoped everyone was sensible in the forest.. All safe thankfully, and a much better day today.

Just catching up.
BZB, your 3 boys are very good and a real credit to you.  It takes a lot of work to get to the levels they have achieved.  Smart kids just like their mum.
Penny,  keep looking.  You will find what you want.
INAID,  I would love to see where you are.
It was 4 here all day.  Had a visitor for lunch.  Also a tradie to quote to put more blue metal on the drive.   He asked Ral if it would be the same arrangement as last time. .?  Ral said yes to morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.  ,!!

It was a cold and wet winters day here, so I spent a productive day tidying up the sitting room which had become a bit of a dumping room. I now have several bags for the op shop and a pile of magazines to go through. We are possum sitting a couple of young ringtail possums for a few days, so it was an excuse for having the heater on for most of the day. I would have spent the whole day in the warmth, but I managed  a quick trip to Ikea after I dropped my neighbour at the airport. I couldn't be bothered weaving my way through the whole store, so I headed straight downstairs and only bought a new chopping board, dish scrubbers and hot dogs for the kids

Yes...as you do...anything that gets a cheaper price (and an appreciative smile from someone who doesn't have good home made food like only Ral does)
