Like Cookie I will watch for your DS playing for Australlia against England for the Ashes ;) ;D

:D....try outs yesterday, and he made the team!  8).  He is ecstatic, only down side is early morning Sunday matches (selfishly for me), from Ballarat to Melbourne.  There were 47 boys from the region he was competing against.  Hubby said he will have to drop 1 of the 2 matches he plays on Saturday's, otherwise he'll burn out by Sundays to play.

Thanks for kind comments re:DD....if anything, her work experience at the law firm recently (which had several court visits), has prepared her for what to expect, so she feels it won't be so daunting.

Bluebear...those Macarons are PERFECTION!  8)
I have had 1 average attempt at them...I think fear of failure prevents me from trying again  :P

.........EAT CAKE!

Some club work and reading. I'm reading Michael Connelly's The Burning Room and having trouble putting it down.

Next on my list when I finish the laterst. John Puller  by David Baldacci. The Escape. We finally get the story of the brother.

Great macarons. Where do you work? I saw one of the morning shows at a pasta factory in Melbourne but no idea which channel it was.

Maddy huge congratulations to your DS in being selected, exciting times ahead for him and lots of driving for you and your DH.

Congratulations to your DS maddy, bet he is wrapped.  Your taxiing will only be for a few more years then he will be able to drive himself to and from his sporting commitments.

haha I work at the pasta factory! I'm the multimedia designer there (I design all the packaging, ads, website, etc).

I get all the free pasta I want... But I'm sick of it LOL.
