Wow, Andie. Glad to have you back, and hear that you are feeling good. I hope you manage to catch up on the forum. I've been busy lately and also have a lot of the forum  to catch up on, but have finally got around to making my pumpkin bread and posting the recipe. Even tapatalk has changed, and I'm having trouble navigating it - I really hope that my bread recipe has been posted in the right section or I will have to impose on one of our wonderful moderators to fix it for me.

Good to see you back Andie. You have certainly been through the wars and come out the other side.
All the best for your recovery.

Kissed DH goodbye very early this morning as he is off to NZ to visit his family for 10 days. Bringing back house guests and it will be lovely to catch up with them and show them around.

On holiday with the kids in WA staying with my parents in Harvey.  Thanks to some posts on this forum a few weeks ago, we took the kids to see Gnomesville.  That place is amazing!   I cannot believe how many gnomes have made their homes in the forest there  ;)  It is a really pretty place too.  So thank you to those people who mentioned gnomesville - we never would have gone there otherwise!

That sounds like a fun place Karen.  ;D

I thought I was pretty much done with getting rid of stuff but after 5 days of going through the house, I have a boot, back seat, front passenger seat and floor loaded up with boxes and bags to take to the Salvo's. That's not counting all the things I've sold and given away to family and friends this week.

Not all all surprised . I thought I too had done it all but while looking for something I knew I and not got rid of discovered a few places I had not touched. Totally not me but I will, leave them until I am more enthusiastic .

I need to save  my mental strength to deal with the department of motor vehicles who require the ORIGINAL will and death certificate  to change a motor car over. Not happening as far as I Am concerned. Ther is no logical reason why a certified copy is not acceptable .

Then to deal with the U.S. a social security who insisted on giving Ted  $50 a month even though he never worked in the US, did not have a social security number  and was married to a non US citizen.  Don't even go there!

I am weary of it all.

So much to do Gert, you'll be glad when it's all done.  Why do they have to make it so difficult!
