I'm another one with piles of paper with recipes from magazines or something I have seen on the internet and typed out.  Some I have tried and other I haven't.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Same same Mich.  One day I will sort all my pieces of paper recipes. I love my handwritten recipes on a piece of paper, silly but they are dear to me.  Some of the writers have passed.  I think I need to scan them but really it's not the same.

I love coming across recipes in Mum's writing or a very dear Aunt. I found a couple of Mums the other day when I was looking for a recipe for Tenina. It was emotive.

We (DH, myself and 2 GK's 5 and nearly 3) just got back from the Farm Stay. We left Wednesday morning and dropped them home at noon today. So tired! little darling were up at 5 each morning raring to go!
We really enjoyed the experience and the kids absolutely had a wonderful time. It was the Ferguson Valley Farmstay . I would highly recommend it to anyone ( if you live in WA). The chalets overlooked beautiful rolling green hills with cows and we could see all the way to Bunbury & the ocean. Very pretty at night with the lights in Bunbury on.
The hosts were lovely people and they made the animal feeding & tractor & pony rides so memorable for the GK's. The resident kitty even slept on our bed. Just like ours does at home.
Cubby, trampoline, playground & tennis court all for the use. Was fab!

It sounds perfect for the GC Katj. They will probably be talking about it for ages.

What sort of bulbs did you plant CC?

We drove up to Northam today for a friends 80th. It was lovely. We didn't know a lot of people there but found his family and others from Northam so very friendly. Must be country hospitality. A lovely day. Some rather tasty food too. Although I wasn't sure about the Mars Bar cooked in Puff Pastry.  :-)) :-))

We went yo visit a dear friend who has been very ill, he is slowly coming good, but still has a nurse coming in every day to set up an IV line for medication.
On the way home we stopped at DD's. I had brought all the muddy Farm stay clothes home to my place to wash, so they were ready to drop back to her place.
A beautiful sunny day here in Perth.

Your garden will look very colourful in spring Denise.

There's nothing like a country get together cookie, they're great cooks.
