We had a lovely time meeting up with Chookie and her DH.  The men found plenty to talk about and Chookie and I talked about bread and all things TMX among other things as well.   It was as if we had known each other for years.  I am so glad we finally got to meet them and hope we can meet up again one day.

Back to normal life today, housework and shopping.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

It's always lovely to meet up with "our TMX family".  Glad to hear you had a wonderful time talking all things TMX.

I didn't manage to come on the forum yesterday. I had a quick look and it seemed to be down but forgot to come back later.
Yesterday DD and I attended a morning tea and talk by Minette Walters. It was fantastic and we both enjoyed it.  We then had a Japanese meal for lunch. A wonderful day.

This morning D H bought another Holden.  A 1962 EJ.  He is so excited about it. This one is licensed and more or less ready to go. Hopefully the pick up will be on Tuesday. He said I could have this one, so I have happily said yes. I have only seen photos so far but I love it.

Huge few days DD to the dentist (first dropped DD off at the National art gallery to go shopping in the city with friend ). Did a few errands . Dentist for DD . Found a small birthday cake at David Jones for DD to take to dinner . Dropped DD at Fonda ( Mexican food ) to met up with friends for her16 Th Birthday. Today we dropped into DM , then shopping . My Nice had her final 3year Art exhibition at Monash so DD, DM, DN 1and DN2 and myself went to it . Great time had three generations talked ,listened viewed amazing work . Out to lunch . Sad goodbye to DN who is returning again to The Big White Canada 🇨🇦 ( skiing teaching level 2 ) for 4 half months ( that's their season) . We will miss her . Travelled home cooked dinner , DH and DH went bailing clover hay , it disintegrated, too hot . Home shower bed .

I'm exhausted just reading all that K Atie. I've had a couple of busy days and need a sleep.

Having been away for 4 days,  the garden has needed a lot of water. All looking good now.  The lawns are drying off which is typical for this time of the year. Lots of flowers on the Tomato plants.
Cookie, love the look of your new car.  Lovely colour.

K Atie, was the Fonda restaurant the Collingwood one?  If so, you were just 2 minutes from our shop

Transferring money and then driving down to Mandurah to pick up the new/old car. Somehow it has taken all day.
