Appointment with neurologist to follow up on my essential tremors.  They are a little worse than 10 years ago when I was first diagnosed, but not bad.  He upped the dosage of my medication and booked in for a head and neck MRI - just to be sure that all is OK.

Had a chest X-ray- incredibly GP sent message on next day that lungs looked good ! Do that’s a bonus . Did a fasting blood test in the morning and lots of quick shopping stops . Feeling very tiered but all ok . I had the scariest experience yesterday afternoon in Ballarat ! I saw out of the corner of my eye a dark gray little car ( as I was just over the intersection lights ) come flying around the corner on my passenger side . I move over to right , luckily I could . My good there was another little white car too directly behind it . They sped like so fast through the traffic and a set of red lights then turned right through oncoming traffic ! The smell of burning Tyers was huge . Everyone was stunned and I was quite shaken up . Cannot believe that I didn’t become part of a very narsty event . The first car all I could see was the side was damaged and the driver was in dark cloths . No way police would chase them , too fast . Tried to listen to local news but nothing .
