I know Suzanne, my brother is the same as you. He's over 6 foot tall and skinny as a bean pole... no matter how much cake I fed him when he was living here :-)) ;D

Congratulations Tasty, Adele is a lovely name.
I remember being very thirsty when breast feeding, couldn't keep the water up.

Wonderful news Tasty, welcome to Adele.
If you are feeding more this time yourself, the weight should come off better.

Hi there amamelreb, I'm pretty sure there are a few members still doing this challenge (like me ;D), we just don't seem to post often any more!
You TMX will help a lot with this challenge since you can cut a lot of fat and sugar from your diet by making everything from scratch. I think there was a bit of discussion about WW awhile ago on different threads, I'll see if I can find anything for you :)

Oh congratulations Tasty, and I echo what others have said, Adele is a beautiful name.  :-*
Glad she is good for you!

I have the same problem as Suzanne, lose my baby weight way to quick and then some (tho I don't usually gain much during pregnancy either, don't know why cuz I eat ... a.lot!!!)  And I have oooooodddlllleeess of milk too, hopefully the same this time around, as I would rather that than not enough!  Take care losing the weight tho Tasty, as when I had miss6 I lost so much so quick (the day before she was born I was not up to my pre-preg weight due to vomiting Every Single Day of the pregnancy  :P )I had to wean her at 2.5mths as I started fainting everytime I fed her or expressed - all my energy went to producing milk and the rest of my body suffered.  :( Was so hard to accept but thankfully didn't happen for the other 2 - I fed both of them for 12mths!  :D

some people think it's great astarra but it isn't really especially when you can't do what you so desperately want to.  good luck this time not an easy task trying to keep the weight on xx

Suzanne I had a similar problem and drank a lot of sustagen for mums after having DS. It was quite expensive in the quantities I was having but with that and eating rage meals often I was able to keep enough weight on and produce more than enough for a very hungry DS.

Is sustagen for mums a special sustagen or what? Never seen it, but my girls love the normal sustagen milkshakes when they are unwell

It was a specific one for Mums Astarra, I don't know what the difference was roof it's still available. We used to purchase it at the chemist and I remember you had to add a lot to each glass of milk. It was 12 years ago that I had it so I'm not sure if it is still available. It was a life saver for me at the time.  I remember my sister also tried it but only used a fraction of the recommended quantity and didn't notice much of a difference.

Thanx wonder!  :)

Yeah I eat and drink alot (probably almost drink too much water - or so I have been told  :-)) ) Guess we are all made differently! Even notice it in the girls - the one that eats the least has the chubbiest body!  ???  :)
:D
