I remember their wedding and the following years when there were no babies!   They really didn't want babies and then after 6 years decided to try.  Haha.  The rest is history.  Are you FB friends with Anna?   It's so funny reading her status and seeing the pics!

Yes Jude I am fb friends with Anna and Ross. Aunty Noreen also posts up some photos of all the kids. The kids are all growing up way too fast.

I haven't been following this thread for ages but am ready to lose weight. I had my second daughter 9 days ago and she is such an angel - so easygoing, sleeps all day and just gets up for feeds so I have lots of energy this time round and ready to start losing the weight since it didn't come off with breastfeeding last time as I thought it would.

Anyway, two days ago I started the losebabyweight smoothies and 28 day plan. I started off at 74kg (having already lost some weight after the birth) and have dropped weight already but it's still early days so that is to be expected. I am hoping to get down to 60kg and see what I think from there. This program is easy to follow so I think it will be achievable and I am quite motivated.

Thanks for the kind wishes! Her name is Adele and I'm proud to be her mummy :)

I'm finding I'm hungry all the time as breastfeeding so have to try eating lots of healthy snacks.

I'm not surprised your hungry Tasty, breastfeeding can burn an extra 2675kJ per day! :o :D

Its a funny coincidence that last night I just happened to read an article on healthy eating for pregnancy, breastfeeding and losing baby weight ;D

Adele is a beautiful name too :-*

I didn't realise it can burn that much more but that explains why I'm that hungry.

What does it say in the article re losing the baby weight?

I'll PM you Tasty :)

Suzanne, I'm going to sound so silly, but I thought lactation cookies were for the baby :-))
You must not eat much if you lost a lot of weight! Or maybe you were power breast feeding ;D

lactation cookies are for the mum and are supposed to help with increasing milk supply. didn't help me last time but they're definitely moorish.

thanks for reminding me about them. will try and make some this week. this time round i seem to have more milk as exclusively breastfeeding. last time i had to supplement with formula
