Thanks :)
I haven't actually told anyone except my family and you guys that I'm I this challenge. I want to wait for them to actually comment before I say anything. Might take a few kg yet before they notice :)

I wanted to join this challenge right from the start, but given that I'd just gotten my thermomix I didn't think it was a good idea. And I didn't think I ate that bad, I couldn't understand why I was so overweight. Then I looked at the nutrition label of the juice I have for breakfast most mornings - 2760 kJ. That's my daily intake right there! Then I have a home made muffin for morning tea - 1200kJ. So before lunch I've almost doubled my daily intake of energy. It all makes sense now!

Well done Mandi,
I lost 1.1 kgs this week pretty happy with that. Made my first goal of 10 kg took me 5 months, hoping then next 10 come off a bit quicker.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Congratulations to everyone. I didn't weigh myself last Saturday. Probably the first Saturday in 8 years I haven't. I have been out 'doing coffee' with DD over the last 2 weeks so I'm now back on track.

Well done Jeninwa. You have the right idea with a biger longer term goal and smaller shorter term goals.  It helps keep you focused and on track.

Keep up the good work.

Weigh day tomorrow. With a sick child this week and a Victorian winter I am not confident...  :-))
