Myfitnesspal as an excellant app. Chookie put me onto it.
I weighed today and am exactly the same. I wasn't disappointed as I guess I had 2 weeks of naughty foods.

Cookie - I think I will be the same for my weigh in this week, even maybe put on a bit. I've been really tempted with food and have a lot of snacks.

I have managed to do two fitness workouts though so I feel good about that.

I'm also still struggling with energy levels in the afternoon.

Even though I have reasons to get fit, it's still not working and I give in too easily.

I never used to have to worry about my weight before pregnancy. Now I know what a struggle it is for a lot of people to get rid of.

Tasty, are you eating low-GI snacks? If you want more information on this I can post some later. It should help with your low energy levels ;)
Also, don't give in. It takes time but it is soooo worth it. Trust me. And we're all here to support and motivate each other :-*

Bambi, we all slip up sometimes. Don't worry about it now, just keep it in mind for the future. Only human remember ;)

Spent several hours in the garden today weeding and trimming. Not much of a day for it with drizzly rain on and off. But I enjoyed my self tidying up the garden. That's my exercise  for the day :D
Oh and I stacked a tonne of wood too.

I thought so too Amy. DD and her friend took over the kitchen cooking today so I went outside. I think they are cooking again tomorrow so I might just do some more out side jobs while I have the opportunity. If the grass would dry I could mow the lawns.

Is your kitchen still in one piece? ;D
Awesome idea, I hope the grass is dry because lawn mowing is great exercise too. Just don't run over your toe like my uncle did once :-))

I would love to find out low GI snacks but I also need to choose them over unhealthier options hehe

LOL thats true ;D I'll put something together for you today so you can have a squizz. You never know, there might be a snack that you enjoy ;)

WEIGH DAY TODAY!!! The results are in... my scales kindly informed me that my weight is 66.5kg, a loss of 2kg 8)

Thats not surprising considering the amount of exercise I've done this week. But its probably a bit too much to be losing in one week :-))
HOWEVER its better than a gain ;)
