Stacelee I need to be stronger. We had KFC on the weekend and it took me the rest of the week to work really hard to get rid of the extra weight I put on. Not worth it at all.

ElleG, I'm studying personal training so while I exercise I'm also learning :D
And I was doing shift work, but I just quit because of bullying. When I find another job, depending on what hours it is, I will probably have to start training earlier, probably 5:30am :-))

Come on girls, we can do this. We are strong and determined and awesome ;D

Yes Dede one successful pregnancy in over 12 years of trying. I have fallen several times, but generally lose the baby when my second period is due. The baby is lost along with all the dead eggs. Lucky to have DS.

Thanks Elle :D My dream is to work with people like you girls, who are determined and strong but might just need that extra bit of guidance and motivation. I want to help people get the best out of their lives :D

Amy you will be a great personal trainer, having lost weight you have the understanding of what your client need, not like some of these skinny girls that can't understand why people are over weight.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Thanks jeninwa :)
I really just want to help people. All I want from my life is to know that I've helped as many people as I can, and I think this is one way I can do it :)

That's horrible DG, sounds like you are extremely lucky to have your DS. My friend is much like that, she has one DS and has tried many times to have another over the last 10 years but got no where.
Where my DH says that he only had to walk past me and I would be pregnant :D
My sister has no problem getting pregnant but has trouble carrying them to full term.
My sister in law has a lot of trouble getting pregnant and had to have IVF to get her 2 girls.

We are all so different.

I also was extravagant and bought their wifi scales.  They synchronise wirelessly and upload your weight to a website to track it.  I'm now using myfitnesspal to track my food because they interact with fitbit and my exercise loads into myfitnesspal and my food back into fitbit.

Stacelee, does the weight from the scales also synchronise to myfitnesspal, or just the activity from the pedometer-type-thing?

As far as I can tell, only the activity from the fitbit tracker synchronises.  I will have to check what it is doing with my weight.  Didn't think to check.  I've only been using myfitnesspal to track my food.
