I've got it more for a bit of fun so not too worried about the overall accuracy although it would be great if there was a solution that did every thing for those who do a mix of training.

We should invent something and become millionaires Wonder :D

Weigh day Wednesday again for me, I have been really good with my eating and have been really active doing 10,000 , 15,000 and 20,000 steps a day including exercise bike, walking, gardening, cleaning etc. but when I have hopped on the scales my weight does not seen to be dropping :(
Maybe I'm just building up muscle.
I'm not to worried about it at the moment though. Will wait and see what Wednesday says.

Remember the other variables in weight Mandi, hormones, fluid leveles, etc. :-))

How do your clothes feel? Any looser?

I did notice yesterday while I was washing the car I had to keep pulling my trousers up as they are a bit loose around the waist :)
Probably didn't help that the bottoms of the legs were wet and heavy from the hose :D

I've been very slack. Pregnancy/breastfeeding is making me a tired zombie that can't handle more than 4000 steps at best and I can't stop eating crap!

Ahh no.. Pregnancy drains you as does breastfeeding as your the only one who gets up all night to feed the baby.. They say you can lose weight while breastfeeding although I never did.. Myth if you ask me  :D

As far as I know its not recommended to try and lose weight while breastfeeding. Women need the extra energy during this time.

Meant to say without trying... My doc told me for both kids you naturally lose weight and your uterus shrinks quicker and better apparently...thé latter is true but found thé weight loss à myth

I don't try and lose weight whilst breast feeding for the first year, but he is 2.5yr now so I'm not worried about losing weight.
But just found out we are expecting again so now all just be eating clean and moving more and try not to gain toooo much.
I'm at least 45kgs over weight so plenty of room to move.

I've heard its good for children to breast feed for as long as possible because of how nutritious breast milk is :D
