Amy, as Robyn says it is only a number and will fluctuate for so many different reasons. You need to congratulate yourself on all the amazing things you have done extremely well this week, including all the amazing work you do at home and to help others, the exercising, studying and eating well and try not to dwell on your weight. Try not to loose heart and keep up the great work.

You have mentioned your trainers specialise in people who need to loose substantial amounts of weights maybe they need to change the program a little for you now that you don't fit into their normal category.
The weight has to go down sooner or later
You girls are starting to scare me a bit.. Im getting mine nextvweek.. Think ill seem a bit insignificant next to you gals.. No prob for stairs though as we have a two story and i go up and down several times acday..
