Amanda's Cream Cheese Frosting for Carrot Cakes

250gms Philly or other cream cheese (NOT the stuff in a jar)
1/4 cup butter
3 cups icing sugar ( may need to add a little more)
1 tsp vanilla extract

Whizz Speed 5 20 seconds, then scrape down and check.
