Fabulous Amy, thought about the oil & said it would work as you use oil in zuchinni slice.

I made 1 batch using 20g parmesan cheese, 80g ceddar & 125g silverside as I had some left over.

I got 22 from this batch.

Great way to use up silverside.

Taking some to a friends for melbourne cup, just the 2 of us, quiet one.

Getting frustrated, painful to cook.

They are good. Great way for me to use my mass production of zuchinnis. I have frozen 12 today, good for lunch boxes if you have no fresh bread, after school snacks etc, or even for dinner with salad. Great back up in the freezer. But i think I have back ups of back ups!! LOL

Ames, just needed to tell you about these quiches. yummy.....

Very similar to a recipe i do, But i normally add 1 carrot.
anyway, made yours into mini quiches, and they are great.
