Blackwood it has been sore for a while (can't remember doing anything specific) he had a MRI last week and went to the specialist yesterday will need physio in time, he said it was better to do nothing for a while and see how it goes, it's a frozen shoulder

Great news Yvette. Has he tried Bowen therapy for frozen shoulder, works well.
Blackwood, my kids think they are teenagers, there 7 & 8.

swimming is properly the best exercise, as the water takes all the weight.
very gentle, but does help.
