Gosh I'm happy that we have evaporative cooling here and it's only 30ish today....don't think I could cope with temps much higher than that!

I'm happy it's 2013 and I have had a great week or two spending time with family :)

I missed the comments girls, sorry.  Yes it was nice to see GD on her birthday and among other things, DD did Nico's Bourbon Ribs - they went down a real treat, must do them myself. I found the recipe here if anyone is interested in trying them and hasn't got Nico's TMX booklet or his book Cooking Passions, Food for Friends which has a few TMX conversions in it.

Just received the best phone call - Disability Services have agreed to supply us with a shower person 3 times a week and a sitter for 3 hours a fortnight to enable me to get out and do some jobs or just meet a friend for lunch  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Happy, happy, happy Judy.
