Thanks Gayle. I'll try to post the odd photo or two on Tru Blu as well as here.

JulieO if I lived closer I think I like your doctor and will definitely take his/her advice.

Yes, he's always booked out!  Funny about that hey?  ;D

I love some of the things you see on FB.  I'm not a member myself but I do look on DH's from time to time.  :D

Happy today as even though it was only 5C down the beach when walking this morning, it was such a beautiful morning even before the sun came up.  There really isn't anything like walking with the cold on your face and feel exhilarated!

My kind of doctor too  :D
Early morning exhilarating walks sounds great, but my doona gets me in a strangle hold and I can't seem to get out of bed  ;D

I am happy as I have just bathed and groomed my dogs as they were at DD's place while we were in Melbourne and slept outside there with her dogs.  ;D

I'm very happy that all my training paid off. I managed a 26 minute PB at yesterday's Busselton IM 70.3 triathlon. We spent today relaxing in a lovely guesthouse in the Tuart forest just north of Busso.

Well done Den. That Tuart Forest is lovely. We're taking all the old cars there in September.
