Marie you are indeed a sweetie. Mich you will love it.

JulieO if I lived closer I think I like your doctor and will definitely take his/her advice.

Gayle how much land do you have? Your garden area looks enormous.

I'm happy because we hope to be going to Monkey Mia in just over a week.  Also because I have decided that I do truly need Poh's new book.

Oh Michele it will be so easy to throw out the mustard and olive Tupperware containers even though they belonged to your Grandma  :D :D  What a lovely surprise gift from dear Marie, you will think of her every time you go to that tin as I do when I use gifts forum members have given me.

I thought I had reduced my cookbook stack but this is what some friends gave me today.  The secrets of a Jewish Baker I ordered myself (I can blame Gert for that) but the others were a total surprise.  I will spend some happy hours over the weekend reading.

Cookbooks are an addiction Marie but it's harmful and you have plenty of friends with the same problem  ;)

With the cold weather upon us, there is nothing nicer than sitting down with a cuppa and a new recipe book, enjoy your beautiful new books.

A nice selection of books Emme :)  I've been keeping my eye out for a nice bread book but there is not much choice locally so might have to get on the internet and look.

Tell me though, how do you get into the vegie tubs to pick things or weed the patches?  Please do take another photo down the track to show how much they've grown

Judy each patch has what we call a "cocky gate" where I just lift up a post and the fence opens so I can get in. However I am tall enough to lean or step over the fences  ;D Hopefully the veggies are now safe from the chooks (who love their greens garden fresh :-))) but time will tell :D Will try to remember to take pics.

I'm happy because we hope to be going to Monkey Mia in just over a week.  Also because I have decided that I do truly need Poh's new book.

Cookie we are very lucky as we have a huge block. Can't remember the actual size in m/2, but it is the equivalent of about 3 suburban blocks and is on four different levels. The pics were just the backyard (one of the levels). Enjoy Monkey Mia and Poh's new book ;D ;D
