When I did the shopping yesterday I saw 2 corellas squawking on the top of a nearby theatre. I love birds and this made me feel very happy and loving nature and life. Soppy isn't it? Birds and nature do that to me.

Well done Jen. Can't wait to see the new hair cut. Any chance of you coming on the retreat now there is a space?

Trying to remember what I was singing...would have been something country no doubt - oh yeah Dixie Chicks "God help me, am I the only one who's ever felt this way!"  :D ??? :-))

I've actually never heard of that song :-))
I'll youtube it!! :D

A lady at curves just commented on my weight loss and my new hair cut, that made me feel happy that people are starting to noticing. I don't really know this lady.

Thats fantastic Jen! Your hard work is paying off :D

Well, I am very happy today too :) I did a time trial on the treadmill at my personal training session this morning, and when I finished, my personal trainer asked me, "how good are you?"
I said, "I don't know, probably not very good."
He looked genuinely shocked, and said, "I'll tell you how good you are. You're bloody good."
I said, "Are you being serious?"
And he actually laughed, and said "You have no idea how good you are."

 :D :D :D
Nobody has ever said anything like that to me before.

Gee Amy that is so good. You have a talent you didn't even know about.

All this talking about singing reminds me of a dream I had recently where I had to audition on one of these talent shows. (I can't sing for nuts) was really weird :D

Since I only got 4 hours sleep last night, I sure do hope I can calm myself down enough to get some better sleep tonight!

I just burned my tongue on my cup of tea but I am still happy :D
